Experience
I have been working at Samsung's innovative design studio, Samsung Design Europe, for over a decade, in my most recent role as Senior UX Strategy Manager. My previous roles include Senior Design Strategist and Project Coordination Manager, which have enabled me to develop user-centric design research and strategy skills, as well as abilities to manage projects and stakeholders effectively in a technology-driven global corporation.
Education
I hold MSc Management from Imperial College Business School, MA History of Design from Royal College of Art, and Bachelors of Fine Art in Design from Seoul National University. My educational background has equipped me with the ability to consider the value of research and creativity in the broader context of business value.
